About the project

The innovative creative concept under the slogan: “Missions like every day “is the result of a change in the communication strategy of the Carrefour brand. The idea of “shopping missions” is Saatchi & Saatchi agency’s response to the changing expectations of Polish consumers, who, depending on the situation or current need, freely choose the time, place and manner in which they will do their shopping. Carrefour, as an omni-channel and multi-format chain, offers its customers a unique opportunity to accomplish all their shopping missions under one roof. By peeking at the store’s customers in their daily lives, we show the reasons for visiting a Carrefour chain store in a way that is entertaining yet close to each of us: from everyday shopping to occasional, special, seasonal purchases, as well as purchases of fresh, organic, food or non-food products. For the “Missions as Everyday” campaign, we produced more than a dozen TV spots, digital campaign materials and a photo shoot.
